1. Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
However, due to logistical restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:
Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and the Bahamas.
2. Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over $59.99 USD.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
3. Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Under normal circumstances, most customers receive their orders within two weeks.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to modify it or change the delivery address.
5. Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can then click Track My Order to check the delivery status of your package.
6. Tracking Information Has Not Updated
It is normal for tracking information to take a few days to update after your order has been shipped.
This usually happens while the package is in transit to an international sorting center. Please allow a few days for new tracking updates to appear.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact us.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
